FLYING WITCH

You will learn several open stitches that allow the background to showcase this beautiful witch and her black cat riding a broom across a full moon. Shelly's use of bright colors and small areas allow you experience a variety of threads as well as decorative stitches. You will learn a bit of beading as well as working with silk ribbons to complete her high-end broom.
This canvas is approximately 10" x 14", on an 18 count canvas.

This furry little bunny is all dressed up in her Easter finery. The pale green dress features a variety of stitches to create the look of chiffon. Her colorful spring bouquet will allow you to try your hand at several silk ribbon stitches. The background features several open stitches that allow you to take advantage of Melissa's beautiful interpretation of a John Johanssen canvas.
Miss Bunny is approximately 9" tall on an 18 count canvas.

This class is ideal for those stitchers that aren't sure how to apply beads when embellishing their needlepoint canvases. You will learn 5 beading techniques as well as 9 decorative stitches. This 5" x 5" design is a contemporary geometric puzzle suitable for a box top.
